How I am slaughtering Eczema

About 3-4 months ago I had these two red areas show up on my calf. They didnt start out itching, and they stayed about the same size. About an inch in diameter, each. About a month and a half ago they began itching and getting larger till they joined up together. Then, I began having the same thing show up on my other calf. Before I knew it they had spread up behind my knees. I was miserable. I could feel it every time I walked. It slowly started spreading up my thigh, and down to my feet. My dad and a good friend of mine both have the same thing, diagnosed as Eczema.
